1. Which PPE are mandatory in the Rometal workshop ?

Only a helmet

Helmet and goggles

Hard hat, goggles, safety shoes (if necessary) hearing protection and reflective clothing

2. If I see something happening that creates a big risk, then...

Walk away from the danger and alert the Supervisor

I fill out a Sharp Card

Stop work and inform the Supervisor or QHSE manager

3. What do you do when the alarm goes off...

Warn your colleagues (if safe) then decide to switch off the equipment and use the nearest emergency route to the assembly point

Just get on with your work. It will probably be an exercise

Stop working and exit the nearest emergency door

4. You may use a forklift if

Anyone can just grab it

Employees with a valid forklift certificate are allowed to drive a forklift with the permission of the Supervisor

Only Rometal employees are allowed to use it

5. You are allowed to work higher than 2.5 meters

Work provided that measures (e.g. fall protection) have been taken so that there is no danger of falling

Do not work without the permission of the Supervisor or QHSE Manager

You can always work, but you must have a work permit
